Don currently is the sitting CEO of Turning Point, LLC and Metalflow, LLC. Turning Point specializes in manufacturing and distributing of axels, crank shafts, and universal joints to the major companies in the lawn and garden industry. Metalflow, LLC was founded, based on Don’s intuition as to where the industry will be in the future. Don’s instinct has proven correct and Metalflow has grown exponentially in the past 3 years. Don holds over 20 patents on this specific technology.

Don has been instrumental in several startups during his career and mentored other individuals in the business sector. One of Don’s most notable accomplishments is his mentorship and partnership with CoStaff Services, of which Don was the first investor and business consultant.
